Dairy Farm welcomes ACCC response to managed Franklins sell-down

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - In a statement received here Ronald J Floto, group chief executive of Dairy Farm, said that the company welcomed the resolution reached between unit Franklin Holdings Limited and the ACCC on a framework for the managed sell-down of the Franklins business in Australia.

	    Floto was quoted as saying that "the group welcomes the ACCC's positive response to the managed sell-down programme which allows Dairy Farm to make an orderly exit from the Australian market".
