Wang Xuebing: CCB reform meets obstacles

When asked if China Construction Bank would complete restructuring in 2 or 3 years, its Governor Wang Xuebing fended off the question, just saying that the restructuring reform still faces many hurdles.

He added that all banks in China would adopt the uniform tax system in the future. Currently, there are double operational tax systems in China, which include 33% tax system for state-owned enterprises and 15% for 5 special economical zones and foreign-funded enterprises, which led to lots of unfairness.
