Group Sense proposes to place 10.5 mln usd preference shares

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Group Sense (International) Ltd said it has proposed to place preference shares worth 10.5 mln usd to Intel Capital Corp, SB China Holdings PTE Ltd and UTStarcom, Inc.

Upon completion, Intel and SB China will each hold a 7.6 pct stake in Group Sense, while UTStarcom will hold a 0.8 pct stake, the company said in a statement.

	    Group Sense last traded at 0.29 hkd.
