M21 Technology in talks to sell IP encoder

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - M21 Technology Ltd said it in talks to sell its IP encoder to an independent company in China.

In a statement, M21 Technology said if the sale agreement is concluded, the company's turnover and performance will improve.

However, no agreement on the sale has yet been signed, the statement said.
