China Southern Airlines and Zhuhai to form JV in airplane repairing, involving U

Su Liang, secretary of China Southern Airlines Company (1055) said the company and German MTU Munchen will spend US$189 mln set up an airplane repairing company in Zhuhai. 



Ming Pao Daily reported that Su Liang indicated either side will hold 50% stake of the JV, which is supposed to run at the end of the year. He said the JV will save 15%-plus cost in maintenance.
