Cedar Base Electronic to place 114 mln new shares at HK$0.2697 each

Cedar Base Electronic (0855) announced to place 114 mln new shares to Great Wonder Investment and HK$30 mln will be raised excluding expenditure to be used for reducing debts and general operation capital. 



Great Wonder will place 114 mln existing shares in Cedar Base Electronic to independent investors at the same price ahead of Cedar Base Electronic placing shares to Great Wonder. After completion of the deal, stake in Cedar Base Electronic owned by Great Wonder will decrease to 32.1% from 38.39%.
