Carry Wealth plans to acquire another woolen sweater factory

Hendrawan Rusli, chairman of Carry Wealth holdings (0643), said the company would take no more acquisition action this year, but plan to acquire a woolen sweater factory. Furthermore, the company was now looking for the acquired object, but the dealing was not expected to be finished within this year.

In the earlier time, the company spent US$2 mln and US$1 mln respectively in acquiring two knitting factories in mid-America and South Africa. What¡¦s more, it also spent US$1 mln acquiring a jeans factory in South Africa this month. 

 Hendrawan Rusli anticipated the knitting factory in mid-America would bring US$750,000-1 mln profit to the group this year and the other two factories in South Africa were estimated to bring profit next year.
