Jiangsu Expressway and Shenzhen International see share disposals

According to data from HKEx, Jiangsu Expressway (0177) saw two records of shares disposals in April and May. New World Infrastructure (0301) first disposed 19.61 mln shares, accounting for 1.6% of the issued capital. Besides, a major shareholder Capital Group also sold 24.07 mln shares, accounting for 2% of the issued capital in May. Capital Group purchased stake in Jiangsu Expressway for several times at HK$1.3 in last August, circa 30% lower than the current price. 



On the other hand, Shenzhen International Holdings (0152) saw three shares disposals by its major shareholder Shenzhen Investment this year. Following a disposal of 310 mln shares, or 2.8% of the total, Shenzhen Investment sold another 200 mln shares in Shenzhen International, accounting for 1.8% of the total. The two disposals were transacted around HK$0.4. Stake in Shenzhen International held by Shenzhen Investment decreased to 46% after completion of disposals, compared with 48% holding in February.
