Solartech International Holdings to raise HK$23.16 by first-old-then-new placem

Solartech International Holdings (1166) declared that the company had sold 1000mln shares at HK$0.024 each by first-old-then-new, to raise HK$23.16mln for general working capital. The placing shares represented 7.01% of its enlarged shares capital.
