e2-Capital(Holdings) sells 50% stake in its subsidiary Boxmore to cash HK$50 mln

e2-Capital(Holdings) (0378) announced its major shareholder e2-Capital International to exercise rights of acquiring stake by purchasing 50% shares in Boxmore for HK$50 mln. After completion of acquisition, stake in Boxmore owned by e2-Capital(Holdings) will decrease from 88% to 38%. The capital raised will be used for general operation capital.
