Fourseas.com in talks to sell controlling stake again, 999 not retreat

Fourseas.com (0755) made clarification that the company has not terminated negotiation with 999 investment and the third party on injection and been in talks with other several new independent parties, reaching no agreement at present. The injection to be carried out might lead to new shareholders or changes in share-controlling right.  

 

Fourseas.com (0755) said the negotiation with 999 continued with not further advancement.  Universal Yield Limited holds about 44% stake in the company.
