GR Investment considers acquiring diversified businesses

Lam Sai Ho Ahtony, chairman of GR Investment Holdings (0310), said after the board meeting that following the company sold its stake in Shanghai White Cat, it had enough cash in hand and was considering acquiring diversified businesses not only in Shanghai and Hong Kong, but also in other places. Nonetheless, the company would invest no more than 30% of its shareholdings and it was merely interested in the companies, which were possible to be listed.
