Liang Dingbang: disposal of state-owned shares should take 4 principles as refer

Liang Dingbang, senior consultant of China Securities Regulatory Commission, said the disposal of state-owned stake should take four principles as reference. Disposal should be in line with the interests of the country, development of the market, management of company, regulated operations.

 According to China Securities, Liang said disposal of state-owned stake can be carried out in various methods. He noted the transference of state-owned stake should be carried out on the table and trading process should be disclosed to authorities.
