Zhong Hua Land plans to renames as Zhong Hua International

Zhong Hua Land Holdings (1064) was proposed to rename as Zhong Hua International Holdings. Meanwhile, the company announced that Shi Lian had got PRC license and would begin trading immediately.

Zhong Hua Land announced last month to acquire the whole shareholdings in I-Action, a technology consultant company for HK$320 mln. Shi Lian, an indirect subsidiary of I-Mall held by I-Action, will enter a consultant agreement with Fei Yue.
