Fortune Telecom to acquire 51 pct stake in Synergy Pacific for 12.30 mln hkd

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Fortune Telecom Holdings Ltd said the company has agreed to acquire a 51 pct stake in Synergy Pacific (Holdings) Ltd for 12.30 mln hkd.

In a statement, Fortune said Synergy Pacific is an IT distributor, wireless infrastructure architect and mobile application and e-business solution provider.
