China Rich Holdings to raise HK$26.5mln

China Rich Holdings (1191) declared that its major shareholder, Central Securities had sold 180mln old shares to the independent third party at HK$0.15 by the first-old-then-new placement, to raise HK$26.5mln for its general working capital.
