Greater China Sci-Tech Holdings to raise HK$11.9mln by placement

Greater China Sci-Tech Holdings (0431) declared that the company had sold 50mln new shares at HK$0.245 by placement to the subsidiary of China Merchants Holdings Internationa (0144), to raise HK$11.9mln for general working capital. The placing shares represented 2.33% of its enlarged shares capital.
