Victory City International to raise HK$13.824mln by 55.296mln new shares issue

Victory City International Holdings (0539) announced that its major shareholders, Pearl Garden Pacific and Madian Star Ltd, had issued 55.296mln new shares at HK$0.25 each by first-old-then-new, to raise HK$13.5mln for general working capital.
