eCyberChin.net cancels placement of 13 mln new shares

eCyberChin.net (0254) announced that it had planned to place 26 mln new shares at HK$1.2 each, but now it could only place 13 mln new shares while the placement of remainder would be cancelled. The company can only raise HK$15.6 mln from the deal.
