STOCKWATCH: WINSAN(CHI) faces resistance; to discard at high

Winsan (China) Investment Group (0085) continued the rebound this morning after
 overcoming the previous consolidation zone on an active turnover in the late 
last week. However, the stamina will slow down since it has faced the HK$0.38 
resistance stance and turnover was fading. A retreat and consolidation is
 necessary technically since the RSI is to enter the over-sale zone. Therefore
