MTR grants HK$176 transportation fees to each shareholder, involving HK$52.8 mln

MTR Corporation (0066) has become the listed company with the most shareholders since being listed last year.

MTR has issued commemorate tickets to shareholders recently and the shareholders could get MTR commemorate tickets with par value of HK$208 at HK$120. Each shareholder could subscribe two sets of commemorate tickets, that is to say each shareholder could get preferential treatment of HK$176.
