David Li Kwok Po: Bank of East Asia computer system lags; expect for co-op

Bank of East Asia (0023) Chairman and CEO David Li Kwok Po stated that the computer system of his company lags far behind its peers, saying that the bank is anticipating to form cooperative ties with other banks or assign relevant business to other companies.

He stressed that the company has no plans of layoff and transferring of the back-office division.
