The holding company of Bank of East Asia not to be listed immediately

David Li Kwok Po, chairman and CEO of Bank of East Asia (0023), said the bank 
would form a holding company to manage its businesses in the USA, adding that 
the scale of its US business was not big enough and was not in emergence to be
 listed immediately. He also said the company would consider listing the
 holding company at proper time. Furthermore, Mr Li noted that except for
