Joseph Tang, Head of Research of Sun Hung Kai Financial Group, predicted that rental for class A business building will edge down in the coming several years due to dim outlook resulting from oversupply

 He expected that rental will be decreased 5-10% in 2002, 10-15% in 2003 for oversupply.
