Sun Man tai to place 280 mln shares for HK$58.8 mln at a discount of 32.26%

Sun Man tai Holdings (0433) announced to place 280 mln new shares to 4 persons
 at HK$0.21 each to raise HK$58.8 mln with net proceeds of HK$58.7 mln, which 
would be used for general operation capital. The placing price had a 32.26%
