Hansom Eastern Holdings raises HK$20 mln by placment

Hansom Eastern Holdings (0279) announced to raise HK$20 mln by placing 173.11 mln new shares at HK$0.12 each. The raised fund will be put in use as operational capital while the placing price posted a 20% discount of closing price yesterday.

The new shares accounted for 16.67% of the expanded stocks.
