China Aerospace International has no plans of placement and spinning off busines

Lu Xiao Chun, chairman and president of China Aerospace International Holdings (0031), said that despite quite a lot of placements by red-chips and state-owned companies, China Aerospace International had no need to place shares, as it had enough capital in hand. However if the company really needed to raise capital, it also had many ways to make it.

Besides, he pointed out there were no plans for the company to spin off business at the moment.
