New Rank City Development might delay agreement on acquisition of Fountainwood
New Rank City Development (0456) announced that the agreement on acquisition of the 90% equity interest in Fountainwood from the company's chairman Leung Gong might be delayed. Whether the agreement will be entered on or before July 31 depends on the approval of relevant China regulatory authorities and satisfactory performance of initial investigation. The company reminded investors that the acquisition is uncertain.
