Subsidiary company of FlexSystem applies to be listed on GEM

FlexSystem (8050) announced one of its subsidiary investment companies had applied to the Exchange in March to be listed on GEM and the shareholding of the company held by FlexSystem would decrease to 29.9% after the company being listed. The relevant application could be realized only after being approved by the Exchange.

FlexSystem said besides this, the company was unaware of the reasons for its stock price rising.
