MRC plans to list on GEM to raise HK$14.04 mln

MRC (8070) planned to be listed on GEM, issuing 36 mln new shares at HK$0.39
 each to raise HK$14.04 mln, HK$10 mln of which would be net proceeds. HK$4 mln
 of the raised capital would be used for market development, HK$2 mln be used 
for improving and products, HK$1.5 for developing application services
 provision business, HK$1 mln for sales and market promotion, HK$500,000 for
 hire access websites and the rest HK$1 mln would be used for general operation
