20% Legend shareholders prefer selling China Digital

China Digital (0861) underwriter Goldman Sachs stated that 20% shareholders of
 Legend Holdings (0992) agreed to sell 159 mln China Digital shares to
 institutional investors to raise HK$586 mln. Meanwhile, it can raise HK$325
