Wonson raises HK$80.67 mln via placement and issuing convertible notes

Wonson International Holdings (0651) announced the company placed 939.7 mln new shares to professional investors at HK$0.022 each to raise HK$20.6734 mln . On the other hand, the company proposed to place HK$60 mln convertible notes to independent third party.

The placed shares accounted for 20% of the existing issued shares and 16.67% of the enlarged share capital, while the placing price had a 15.38% discount to the closing price of yesterday and the net proceeds of about HK$20 mln would be use for operation capital.
