Hong Kong Legislative Council passes proposal mainland investment immigration

Yesterday Hong Kong Legislative Council passed a proposal made by the chairman of Liberal Party that Hong Kong government negotiate with PRC to attract mainland investors to immigrate to Hong Kong and relax the limit on tour of high-salary people.
