Price of mainland residential houses up 10% in Q1

According to data of PRC State Statistical Bureau, in 1st four months average price for  mainland residential houses is RMB2344, up 11.7% year-on-year. As state-owned enterprises do not provide employees with houses any more and the whole economy goes up by 8.1%, investment intention is stimulated.
