Telecom Plus raises HK$2900, partial for debts

Telecom Plus (1013) announced to sell 100mln shares together with 60 mln new ones to independent investors at HK$0.18 for HK$28.8mln

The shares accounts for 15.22% of enlarged share capitals with 47% discount vs yesterday closing price.HK$16 mln of raised HK$28mln will be for acquisition of proceeds of integrated technology of Beijing Hollybridge, HK$2mln for acquisition and HK$10mln for operational capitals.

 1.6mln newly-issued shares are for debts of HK$488000 at HK$0.305 with 8.8% discount.
