REI accuses Jackson Management for not selling stake

Red Earth Investment (REI), wholly-owned subsidiary of Esprit (0330), accused Red Earth Investment (REI) at the court for not carrying out contract signed in April 1998. Red Earth Investment (REI) holds 654100 shares in Red Earth International(REIH). According to contract, the shares should be sold to REI.



Esprit (0330) holds 60.8% of ERI and the rest are held by its CEO.
