Luen Cheong Tai acquires Philippine property for HK$17.76mln by issuing new shar

Luen Cheong Tai International(1190) announced to acquire 40% shareholding in Philippine property GPI from the third investors by issuing 111mln new shares at HK$0.16 each for HK$17.76mln, which accounts for 24.94% of issued share capital and 19.96% of enlarged share capital. Trading of Luen Cheong Tai International(1190) was suspended at HK$0.137, unchanged.
