New World China expects to cash RMB100mln by selling out properties in Tung Koon

New World China Land (0917) said the company is going to launching 100 units in Tung Koon tomorrow at average price of RMB400 per square foot to cash RMB30-40mln. About RMB100mln will be cashed after selling all 300 units.
