New World China contacted for acquiring 100,000 square meter housing for residen

Cheng Kar-shing Peter, executive director of  New World China Land (0917) said with PRC entry of WTO, demands on high level residential and business building by foreign-invested enterprise is growing. Several foreign funds contacted the company for acquisition of 100,000 square meter housing, including residential houses and business building.
