Corasia group leading shareholder sells 33% stake at HK$0.2 each for HK$71.14 ml

Corasia group (0875) announced that Freemantle International Limited, whose 90% shareholding was held by Kwok Man Yu, chairman of Corasia group, sold 356 mln shares to Dragon Delta Limited for HK$71.148 mln at HK$0.2 each, 14.53% discount to the closing price of yesterday. The sold shares accounted for 33% of the existing issued shares.
