Legend Holdings not consider issuing A shares or listing on PRC GEM board

Liu Chuanzhi, chairman of Legend Holdings (0992), said the company had not considered issuing A shares in PRC or getting listed on mainland GEM board. The company span off Digital China (0861) for listing and obtained 80 times over-subscription. Mr Liu said the warm response for the rights issue indicated the investors were confident with Digital China.
