74.25% shareholding of Wong's International subsidiary WCH obtains acquisition

Wong's International (Holdings) (0099) announced that 74.25% shareholding of its subsidiary Wongˇ¦s Circuit (Holdings) was acquired by several independent third parties and the negotiation was still in process.

On the other hand, WCH received HK$139 mln (circa US$17.808 mln) according to the agreement of selling the circuits and thus made the cash balance reach HK$2.056 bln (circa US$264 mln) (including the accumulated interest rate till May 29, 2001).
