No competition between Digital China and Legend

Digital China Holdings (0861) Chairman Li Qin said that no competition exists between the company and Legend Holdings (0992) since the two conduct independent operation. When asked if the company would partner with Kejian, he said that Digital China Holdings is in talks with many companies on possible cooperation and would make announcement at proper time.

Satisfied with the performance of Digital China Holdings this morning, he made no comment if the price can exceed HK$5, just saying that it would depend on the market response.

The President Guo Wei said that the company was seeking to acquire some software suppliers including telecom, finance and tax softwares.
