China Resources says no serious buyer for HKCB at present

Although China Resources Enterprises (0291) made announcement to confirm that some one had contacted them for acquisition, no serious buyer occurred at present.



China Resources Enterprises (0291) holds stake in HKCB Bank (0655) at cost of HK$4.42 each, 1.5 times more than its par value.
