Legend Holdings rumored to release purchasing 10% stake in BNI

It was reported by Taiwan sources that Legend Holdings (0992) would announce to invest US$1 mln to US$2 mln to obtain the 10% shareholding of BNI, which was jointly formed by PC Home and another information company.

BNI was the second largest foreign-funded publishing organization in China mainland, only inferior to the US IDG publishing group. BNI was mainly engaged in publishing the high-tech magazines connected with computer, communication and electronics.
