Hang Seng Bank decides whether to adjust charging rules depending on market situ

Referring to HSBC Bank would further adjust its charging rules, Cheng Hoi Chuen
 Vincent, vice chairman and CEO of Hang Seng Bank (0011), said the bank had
 different market orientation from HSBC Bank ever since. It depended on the
 market situation whether Hang Seng Bank would follow suit, said Mr Cheng,
