Tom.com delays sending notification about acquisition of PC home JV

Tom.com (8001) announced that it would delay sending the notification that it acquired 49% shares in a JV established by PC home, for the check on the transaction and major terms have not yet been settled down. The notification will be sent on September 21 to its shareholders.

Tom.com will invest HK$310 mln to acquire 49% PC home.
