Cisco System rumored to have no negotiation over acquiring Marconi

It was reported by foreign sources that Cisco System (4333) was not in any talks with Marconi, a British telecom establishment producer, over the acquisition. 

It was once reported by Sunday Business that Cisco System (4333) would acquire Marconi at ¢G12 bln so as to increase the sales amount of the company in Europe and it was also reported that John Chambers, Pres CEO of the company said he would meet with Marconi later till Marconi finished its reorganization plan. However, Cisco System (4333) and Marconi din not make any comments over the news.
