Kingdee International Software to acquire software companies; results unavailabl

Kingdee International Software Group (8133) Chairman and CEO Xu Shao Chun said that the company was in talks on acquisition of software companies but no substantial results have been reached for the time being.

Referring to the introduction of strategic investors, Xu said that many companies showed interest and the company also hoped to introduce shareholders who can lend supports in business and technology development.

He further revealed that the company boasted 100,000 clients and the ERP software seized a market share of 10% in the domestic market, while the Q2 sales leaped by 50% over the same period last year.
