E2-Capital subscribes HK$7.8 mln convertible notes of World Pioneer

E2-Capital (0378) announced that its subsidiary e2-Capital Venture Limited and
 Pang Hiu-ming, Chairman of World Pioneer Limited together with Ivan Li,
 Director of World Pioneer, had signed an agreement, under which e2-Capital
 (0378) would subscribe US$1 mln (circa HK$7.8 mln) convertible notes of WPL
 and the notes holders could choose to change the capital together with the
 interest into the shares of World Pioneer at US$3 each. If all the convertible
 notes were changed into the shares, the changed shares might account for 25%
